I went to get a Oatmeal and the first thing that happened to me was the person at the drive-thru took cars before me when I was next .Then when I got home they forgot to put the apples in the bag with my Oatmeal . I then called the number on the receipt and let the phone ring about 20 times and never got a answer. last I attempted to use the survey and 3Times it said there was an error ! I did it a 4th time and it said again there was an error !! I Will Not Do The Survey Again !!!

I do not like your new survey form!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very difficult to find all the information required to start filling out the form; and it still would not let me get past the first page to fill out the umbers required… Not worth the time or effort!!!!!! Will leave McDonalds & go to Chick fllay or Wendys

Went to MCD’s at Burbank Rd, Wooster Oh on 8/25/23…Total of $15.84 for food with a sales receipt giving me one free egg mcmuffin or qtr # with cheese,,,,,INVALID CODE when I attempted to sign in,,,,then, signed me OUT! Some of the MCD’s only give you a choice of QTR#,,,, what is the difference???
Breakfast hours should overlap lunch,,,,,your breakfast is better than lunch menu!!!

NO RECEIPT RECEIVED FOR THE ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU OR ON HHE BAG WITH GHE ORDER.

Extra pickle was requested, four of what had to be the smallest in the tray were what were placed on the sandwich.

No napkins given through the drive-thru window. What has become a norm it appears at most McDonalds I’ve been to of late.

My gripe is not specific to the store in Burien, WA. All along the path from the kiosks to the windows are signs about rounding up my total to support Ronald McDonald House. In the past – I was able to do that and did so consistently. In the past couple of years – I have been unable to do so because the person at the money window has no idea what I am talking about and looks at me like I am crazy. If I can’t make the donation – then I feel you should remove the signs. Not reasonable to promote something your customers can’t do. My preference would be to train the people to understand what I am asking and know how to do it.

We always stop at mc’s when we go shopping becuase we both like the breakfast sand. and mc is close by
